The website is licensed to you for use. Full ownership transfers to you after 36 consecutive monthly payments. During the licensing period, WebCraft retains ownership of the design and code to protect both parties.
Minor updates include text changes, image swaps, adding/removing menu items, updating contact information, changing colors, and similar small modifications. Major structural changes, new pages, or feature additions are quoted separately.
You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. For the Zero Down Plan, early termination within the 12-month commitment period may incur a fee equal to 3 months of subscription cost. After the commitment period, cancel freely.
We provide a 7-day grace period for failed payments. During this time, your website remains fully operational. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the site will be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.
